Risa shut herself in her room – thank god for a four star suite.
Thorne was furious. She knew he’s not furious with her, but still wanted to be as far away as possible.
He didn‘t shout at the Headquaters. But that cold voice, barely audible through the closed door, demanding explanation, was almost worse. Risa felt how much strenght it costs him not to shout.
The explanation was not to his liking, that was clearly to see.
He barged into the door and threw an emergency pack towards her.
„Take this and follow me. And be careful.“
